Tuition Payment
Policy
REGISTRATION FEES (Non-Refundable)
- Registration fees must be paid at the time of
registration
- Textbook, Testing, Art & Music fees are due July 1
TUITION
Tuition may be paid in one of the following methods:
1.
Annual Payment due July 1– receives a $200 discount
2.
Semi Annual Payment due July 1st and Jan 2nd –
receives a $100 discount
3.
Twelve (12) Equal monthly payments beginning June 1st to May 1st
4.
Ten (10) Equal monthly payments beginning August 1st to May 1st
- CA contracts are issued on an annual basis. All
accounts must be current in order to be eligible to re-enroll for the
upcoming school year.
- All tuition and fees are made payable to Claiborne
Academy. Monthly tuition payments must be mailed or delivered to the
school’s business office. Monthly statements WILL NOT be mailed.
The front office will not be responsible for collecting payments.
- A one time administrative fee of $20 will be applied
to accounts who choose the monthly payment method.
- Monthly tuition payments not paid within 10 days (10th
of the month) is considered delinquent. A LATE FEE of $20 will be added for
each additional month said account is in arrears.
- There is a Returned Check Fee of $20 for each returned
check.
- Students whose accounts are in arrears will have a
hold placed on all progress reports, report cards, and all other student
information. In addition, students in grades 7-12 will be excluded from
taking their mid term or final exams and their class grade is marked
incomplete until all debts are cleared and the exams taken.
- Exemption rule for taking mid term and final exams
will not apply to the student whose account is past due.
- A student’s account must be current to participate and
/ or be eligible in activities for the upcoming school year (Cheerleading,
spring football, softball)
- It is understood that by signing the contract, you are
aware that in the event of with drawing from Claiborne Academy you are
financially liable for a full semester of tuition.
- In the event that a student chooses to leave CA, a
withdrawal form MUST be filled out in the business office. All
financial obligations must be met prior to a student’s records are forwarded
to another school. If a student withdraws from school or is dismissed, then
the entire semester of tuition is due to the school.
- Payment for lunch, if ordered, is due daily in the
homeroom. Students also have the option to purchase a meal card for $85. The
meal card is used for 20 meals. Menus are available at the beginning of each
month and is posted on the CA website.
