Headmaster's Message                                  

On behalf of the Claiborne Academy Board of Directors, administration, teachers and staff, I would like to welcome you to the Claiborne Academy website.  Claiborne Academy was established to provide premier academic and athletic excellence in grades K3 – 12 while also emphasizing a college preparatory curriculum in a Christian environment.  Our campus is made up of a group of talented professionals that believe the formula for an outstanding school includes great students, a dedicated faculty and staff, and exceptional parental support.  We foster working partnerships between the school, the community, the students, and their parents.   This, we believe, will assure a strong foundation needed to mold our students into tomorrow’s leaders.

Claiborne Academy has a rich tradition in academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities.  Our students are recognized for their outstanding achievements in academics, as evidenced by the many district and state winners in various academic competitions.  Athletics are also an integral part of school, with a full range of junior high and senior high teams offered.  Our teams consistently qualify for the state play offs, and the school has won several state championships in different sports. CA offers a wide range of school organizations and service clubs that provide students with opportunities to enrich their knowledge through participation.

Claiborne Academy is recognized by Brumfield-Dodd and is accredited by the State of Louisiana, and the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools.  It is also a participant in the State of Louisiana TOPS tuition program.
